In order for us to process a return, you must report any discrepancy within 10 days of receiving the item. Unauthorized or as-advertised returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving the item, and postage is in your cost if not our fault, and they must be returned in the original packaging with the packaging slip and in re-sellable condition.

We carefully package every item selling here and cooperate with USPS to prevent from damage. Every single order we got, we always take its original photograph along with packaging slip togther as our sale document recorders before ship it out. We offer fast shipping servies, namely every item will arrive in your house within 10 business days of the date the item was shipped. Any losses must be report within 10 days of the date the item was shipped. Otherwise it is your responsibilities for the loss and is in your cost.

Wrong, damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receiving the item. Otherwise returning shipping fees are in your cost.

All returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $5.00 within 10 days of receiving the item if as advertised, more than 10 days 20% if as advertised. Returns totaling over $100.00 will incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total return if as advertised.
